General manager of S & L Culture Center Mr. David Shen was born in Shanghai China, the Netherlands nationality, Chinese descent. Early on the he began studying the Violin and Piano and later studied Trombone and conduct .Since 1989, he studied in Lemmensinstituut-Leuven University and received diploma “First price”.

He was able to pay trombone with Nanjing Opera House, Shanghai Opera House, Shanghai Philharmonic, Retterdam Philharmonic. He is a member of Philips Harmonic since 2000.

Since 1996, built S & L Culture Center, registered in KVK Eindhoven the Netherlands. he feel fully duty to make a special bridge to do culture exchange between Europe and China.

Vice general manager of S & L Culture Center Ms. Lee Li, was born in Shanghai China, the Netherlands nationality, Chinese descent. Used to work in Nanjing Opera House. studied in Shanghai Education College and Leuven Conservatory of Belgium.

She is take care development of Chinese dance and vocal music, also she is teacher of “Yi Feng Dance Group”.
