10/2005: Dutch"Out of the basement"on tour in China
Cooperation with Organization Committee of 10th National Games, P.R.C, leading Dutch band “Out of the basement” visiting and performing in Nanjing. Introducing Western jazz music to Chinese audiences, managing for the first time in the history of Nanjing what a western band playing and singing together with Chinese audience.
Places of concerts: Nanjing Arts centre, Nanjing conservatorium hall.

1/2005: Dutch Musician teaching Shanghai School Band
Cooperation with High school of Shanghai Teacher’s University, leading Dutch composer and conductor given a master class at the High school of Shanghai Teacher’s University in Shanghai. It was a first time in the history of the Chinese high school inviting a foreign conductor to teach their students.
